Even if you are a Suzuki-trained teacher, you must be a Suzuki member who is currently registered. Children of Instrument-playing Suzuki teacher: $435

*Children of Instrument-playing Suzuki teacher means a Suzuki teacher's child who wants to take classes in the conference. The child could apply for the conference as a student with $420 instead of $470
Please note that we do not accept the application after Nov 15th.
The payment invoice will be issued after the end of the each registration period
Accommodation
• The accommodation is included in the participation fee.
• Each unit will accommodate up to 5 people. Except for a few units, most units have two rooms. If the number of applicants is small, you might be sharing the units with another team unless you apply for the “Family Room”.( Note that accommodation in Korean resorts often includes either beds or floor sleeping arrangements.)
• If you prefer a room exclusively for family members, you can have one by paying an additional fee.

Shuttle Bus
For participants from abroad, shuttle services from Incheon to Deoksan and from Seoul to Deoksan will operate on the day the camp begins and ends. Depending on the number of people, departure from Seoul may be canceled.

Gala Concert
The Gala Concert selects participants from among the applicants to perform with the orchestra.

<Conference costs>
Conference costs include 4 overnight accommodations, 11 meals (from the 6th evening to the 10th morning), group lessons, observations, orchestra classes, concerts(except Gala Concert) and one private lesson.

Incheon Airport to Splas Resom Resort in Deoksan by Express Bus
You can take a bus from Incheon Airport to Gangnam Express Bus Terminal in Seoul (1 hour).
And you can take a bus from Central City Terminal (nearby Gangnam Express Bus Terminal) to Deoksan (90 min.). It may take more time to transfer.
Incheon Airport to Seoul Station
You can take the AREX (direct train) from the airport to Seoul Station.(40 min.)
If you come to Seoul in advance, you can take a charter bus departing from Seoul and go to Deoksan, or express bus

Twilight concerts will be judged based on recommendations from each country’s association. Please ensure that a representative of each group submits their group’s application. Please submit the audition videos in November.
If you’re a suzuki member and a individual applicant, you can send the audition video directly to us. The submission period is in November.

Opening Concert
(Jan. 6th Evening)
A concert that marks the beginning of a music festival. There are solos, celebratory performances, ensemble performances, etc. We don’t play in.
Closing Concert
(Farewell Concert)
(Jan. 10th, 10 a.m.-12 p.m.)
It will feature orchestras of various levels consisting of the participants from the conferences. Pieces to be played are from the classes they have learned in the conference. Added, there will be the PLAY IN. Students of higher books begin the PLAY IN and are joined level-by-level by students from the preceding books until Shinichi Suzuki’s Twinkles, where all students of all levels are able to join in and play.
(Jan. 9th 7:30PM )
- A concert in which an ensemble from among the groups participating in the music festival can be prepared to show off the characteristics and charm of each group. No genre distinction. Must be more than 30 people. The time limit is not more than eight minutes.
(Jan 7,8,9th)
- Multiple applicants perform the same song
- The afternoon concert is judged by associations in each country. Please contact your local association.
(Jan. 7th& 9th)
- Students with excellent skills are selected from among the applicants to play solo with a pianist.
- Twilight concerts will be judged based on recommendations from each country’s association. Please ensure that a representative of each group submits their group’s application. Please submit the audition videos in November.

Students with excellent skills are selected from among the applicants and provided opportunities to perform with the orchestra.
- Only Suzuki members are eligible to apply. Individual applications are not accepted; only applications submitted through the group application form, recommended by each local association, will be acceptable. Applicants must be under 18 years old (before university) and any instrument is acceptable.
Audition submissions are from Nov. 1st to Nov. 30th.

: Daily from 9am to 6pm, depending on the level of the participant, group lessons, orchestra sessions, concerts, and private lessons (1 lesson in total)
Jan. 10th: Farewell Concert at 10am to 12pm and end.
You are able to rent a cello only for the conference. You can pick up when you register on the first day. The size will be ¼, ½, ¾ and 4/4. The participants need to bring their own rosin and endpin stop.
Rental Fee: $40USD (whole period)
We do care about vegan, food restriction. (Not all food allergies can be cared for. Ask for a unit with a kitchen as needed)
