Participants: Suzuki teachers, students, parents from all over the world
*Participants must be Suzuki members of each country or continent
Participating instruments: Violin, Cello, Piano
Participation Fee: approximately $450~500 USD (The exact amount comes out when the application page opens)
- Conference costs include 4 overnight accommodations, 11 meals (from the 6th evening to the 10th morning),
group lessons, orchestra classes, concerts and one private lesson. (Solicitors for orchestra concerts may have a certain fee)
* Evening Concerts and the welcome
banquet have separate charged tickets.

Concert
Group performance
a. Opening Concert (Jan. 6th Evening)
* A concert that marks the beginning
of a music festival. There are solos,
celebratory performances,
group performances, etc.,
and group performances
are performed by all the participants.
b. Closing Concert (Farewell Concert)
- Jan. 10th, 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
* It will feature orchestras of various
levels consisting of the participants
from the conferences.
Pieces to be played are from the classes
they have learned in the conference. Added,
there will be the PLAY IN.
Students of higher books
begin the PLAY IN and are
joined level-by-level by students
from the preceding books until
Shinichi Suzuki’s Twinkles,
where all students of all levels
are able to join in and play.
Solo or Ensemble Concert
a. Afternoon Concert
- Multiple applicants perform the same song
b. Twilight Concert
- Students with excellent skills are selected from among the applicants to play solo with a pianist.
c. Evening Concert
- Students with excellent skills are selected from among the applicants and provided opportunities to perform with the orchestra.
d. Ensemble Concert
- A concert in which an ensemble from among the groups participating in the music festival can be prepared to show off the characteristics and charm of each group. No genre distinction. (All can participate –Teachers and Parents)
*All concerts, except for the opening/ closing group performance, have auditions.
Classes
Private Lesson
- Basic one-time 30-minute lessons for every participant. 60,000 won for 1 additional lesson
Group Lesson
- One or two times a day
Master Class (Public Lessons)
Orchestra A, B, C, D (Except piano)
Teacher’s Conference & Seminar
Parent Education
Time Table
- Jan. 6th: Registration from 2pm
- Jan. 7-9th: Programs from 9am to 6pm
: Daily from 9am to 6pm, depending on the level of the participant, group lessons, orchestra sessions, concerts, and private lessons (1 lesson in total)
- Jan. 10th: Farewell Concert at 10am
to 12pm and end.
Cello Rental
- We are planning to offer cello rentals.
We are currently coordinating the price
with the instrument store.
The size will be ¼, ½, ¾ and 4/4.
The participants need to bring their own bow,
rosin and endpin stop.
Dietary Concern
- We do care about food allergies, vegan, food restriction.
